Annie is an accomplished events leader with over a decade of experience designing high-impact hospitality experiences. She has shaped event strategies for luxury hotels, award-winning restaurants, and national organizations, consistently elevating guest engagement and delivering measurable results.
Her career highlights include leading event and business development for acclaimed restaurant groups, where she launched new concepts, grew multimillion-dollar event revenue and scaled loyalty initiatives that deepened client relationships. She also oversaw private dining programs and produced nationally recognized culinary festivals at The Ritz-Carlton.
As Principal Consultant at Flo Consulting Haus, Annie partners with hospitality and lifestyle brands to audit, design, and implement event strategies that drive growth and create memorable, meaningful guest experiences. She brings a strategic lens and creative spirit to transform brands and strengthen communities.
